    Most of our team members have professional experience of at least 10 years, having seen economic cycles, booms and busts. It has also given us the opportunity to observe life cycle behavior of PPP Projects and glean important lessons – those which we can put to use for prospective clients.

  • Ravi Subramanian

    Director
    • Over 25 years experience in corporate finance , mainly in PPP Projects covering Concessions, Structuring & financing
    • Worked with reputed Indian and international investment banks
    • Directly worked on numerous toll roads, a dozen port projects, several power projects and three airport projects
    • Ravi has a PGDM from IIM Calcutta

  • C M Raman

    Advisor
    • Over 27 years in energy sector, culminating in MD/Board positions, including at a large American utility
    • Developed 350 MW+ for a wind major as CEO of IPP development
    • Associated with over 1000 MW of fossil fuel energy development projects
    • Excellent grasp of Power Sector – especially Renewables
    • Raman is a Chartered Accountant with general management experience

  • Jyothi Prasad

    Head - Western Region
    • 23+ years experience with leading Indian/international investment banks
    • Strong capital markets background - handled GDRs, IPOs, placements, Takeover Code offerings,PSU divestments etc.
    • M&A, collaborations and restructuring advice to Indian/overseas companies. Experienced in execution- Valuation, Structuring, Due Diligence and documentation
    • Jyothi has a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad, with additional qualifications in Law.

  • Gayathri Subramanyam

    Director
    • Over 15 years experience in corporate finance, including stints with reputed Indian lenders/credit rating agencies
    • Experienced financial modeller, familiar with Concession Agreements
    • Gayathri has a PGDM from IIM Calcutta, with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering

  • Sujatha Karthik

    Senior Consultant
    • Over 10 years of experience in corporate finance, accounts, taxation etc
    • Role covers financial modelling and audit of financial models
    • Sujatha is a Chartered Accountant with additional interest in IFRS
